Northwest High School 2024 Graduates

The PRiME Center at St. Louis University has announced that Pettis Co. R-V has received a total of 3 awards for promoting outstanding student growth:
Northwest Junior High
1st in statewide English Language Arts growth for subgroup students
2nd in statewide English Language Arts growth for all students.
16th in statewide Mathematics growth for all students.
Congratulations!!! This is amazing. Not one, not two, but THREE top 20 awards out of all Junior High Schools in the entire state! Well done students, Ms. Killion and Mrs. Marsh. We are proud of you!


UPDATE:
Baseball game for tonight, May 9th, has been moved. The game was originally scheduled away but, now is a home game beginning at 5:00pm.

Kimbree Pummill and Bristen Douglas were winners at Track Districts and advance to Sectionals this Saturday. Congratulations and Good Luck!

Cade Fagg has been accepted into the University of Missouri Pre-Veterinary Medicine Scholars Program. This program guarantees Cade acceptance into the MU College of Veterinary Medicine upon completion of undergraduate requirements. Gaining entry into a Veterinary Medicine Doctoral program is very difficult. Being accepted as a high school senior is a tremendous accomplishment. Congratulations Cade, we are proud of you!

State Fair Community College took part in the NC3 National Letter of Intent Signing.
This national event sponsored by the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) mirrors the NCAA’s National Signing Day for athletes who commit to play sports in college. It is designed to honor students who are entering a technical field and to celebrate the dignity of work. David Thomlinson was chosen as a recipient of The Skilled Trades – 3M Transformational Scholarship, a national scholarship offered through 3M and the National Coalition of Certification Centers. David plans to study Welding Technology. Congratulations David!!


Today, we received a plaque from the state, recognizing our building's achievement for our behavior plan and student support from last school year.
We were also informed we have achieved the HIGHEST level of recognition this year, thanks to our dedicated staff, and parent support. We are Mighty Mustangs!
