Parents of Junior/Senior students:

According to Missouri State Law, all students entering 12th grade, their senior year, for the 2022/23 school year, are required to have 2 Meningitis (MCV) immunizations, unless the first one is after the student's 16th birthday, then only one is required. Please bring proof of this immunization to the office.

Parents of 7th/8th grade students:

According to Missouri State Law, all students entering the 8th grade for the 2022/23 school year, are required to have a Tdap (which includes Pertussis). Also to enter the 8th grade, students are also required to have 1 Meningitis (MCV) immunization, after age of 10. Please bring proof of these immunizations.

If any student is opting out because of religious reasons, they must obtain legal exemption from the Pettis County Health Center. However if the student already has a religious exemption on file, nothing else is needed.
